There are many ways to become even more comfortable, more relaxed and free of any discomfort. I will give you a lot of different ways to feel better, to change and more comfortable places in your body that had pain.
Past research has shown that the mind can stop the pain signals from reaching the the brain. It is easy for anyone to do. I have helped many people, like you, feel better, learn to take comfort in which I used to have a problem.
One easy way to change feelings is to imagine the area you choose to make them feel better as a red spot. Now breathe deeply and imagine comforting cold, almost ice, air goes well to that place and cooling down, so that changes color, a lighter shade, like pink.
With each breath, you to cool a little, turning a paler pink, then cooler, to blue, while exhaling any discomfort just out of your body. That's one way you can feel more comfortable.
Some people like to imagine being in a mirror, more and more comfortable and they notice when they see themselves may be free of the discomfort they used to. Can you see or imagine yourself there in that mirror, looking and feeling better you have in a long time.
I have helped many people, like you, to change the pain that used to have a sound. No matter how loud or distracting sound, could always lower the volume. Some rejected at a low level of noise does not bother them more, while many seemed more comforting to convert only completely sound.
I do not know how to work best for you, it depends on you.
Sometimes you may find it easier to take your mind to an incredible place. A place of comfort, like a vacation, a place where you can go to escape and truly relax. Maybe somewhere that has been, at some place full of happiness, good feelings, relaxing sounds, smells fresh, bring it back, at the same time, a place where it felt so good, so free and carefree without stress, relaxation and comfort. Maybe you can go somewhere you've never been, imagining how good it can feel, how wonderful it is to be free, feel totally relaxed in this new place of comfort. I do not know where your mind can take you, but I know that there was a moment I felt really good.
His body can remember how it felt to feel good, and you might have noticed that when the body remembers feeling really good, you can know where in the body begins to feel good. Some People think that it feels wonderful to feel good about moving in small circles, turn it, and as it spins to feel good all over the body, the mind can start enjoying mobile spin faster, turning around. And as your body begins to remember all the feelings good that has ever experienced, all sense of comfort, relaxation, the body has ever felt that the benefits gets bigger and starts to turn the places that need it most. Only the good feelings, shaping, consoling them wherever they move, because you know how it feels right. Sometimes the mind can forget but the body knows what it feels comfortable.
Sometimes you can feel even better, add a little joy on the next spin.
