Self-control has been shown to exist (please, just for experts.)?
It is the self-control demonstrated the existence? Please only experts. If so what are some scientific methods to develop and improve it? I also like to know what some of the differences between impulse control and mind control? or self-hypnosis is the best way to control himself. Have you ever experimented with your mind? Sorry for putting all these questions, answer the ones you like. I would like to know once and for all all that on this issue. Please make responses that are supported by the facts. Yes impulse control disorder is a set of psychiatric disorders, including intermittent Hot explosive disorder (head), kleptomania (stealing), pathological gambling, pyromania (fire-starting), trichotillomania (pulling a hair out) and dermatillomania (skin picking).
