All my life I had serious self-esteem and confidence problems, also suffered from social anxiety and was very shy, which really got me down and I also suffered from depression for most of my life. Last year I started reading a mixture of domestic and Hypnosis CD's, and gradually I have the life I wanted, I had my first holiday, etc. changed job, my confidence and self-esteem went from 0-100% within 1 year, however this has come with problems. I have become a very central employed before I used to think of everyone else, now only think of myself, I am very selfish, I can be very rude, ignorant and hateful, that is totally unconscious, I did not even realize I'm being so much of time until someone points me.
